Terms & Conditions – Blue Magnolia Trailers

The terms and conditions of any transaction with Blue Magnolia Trailers require that the Buyer submit a deposit of $250 for standard trailers priced under $10,000, and 10% of the purchase price for trailers over $10,000, before Blue Magnolia Trailers will place the trailer order.

Buyers may cancel their order within 24 hours of the time it is placed to receive a full refund of their deposit. After the 24-hour cancellation window has passed, all sales are final.

The remaining balance of the purchase price is due at the time of pickup or prior to delivery. All payments must be made via wire transfer, cashier’s check, official bank check, ACH, or approved bank financing. If the Buyer uses any other form of payment, Blue Magnolia Trailers will hold the MSO paperwork until the payment has fully cleared.

Credit card payments are not accepted for custom-built or specialty trailers. Credit cards may be used for standard in-stock trailers only, and a 4% convenience fee will apply.

Completed trailers must be picked up within 30 days of the completion date.

The Buyer acknowledges that Blue Magnolia Trailers is a dealer, not the manufacturer, and that all warranties are provided solely by the trailer’s manufacturer.
