Returns/Warranty – Blue Magnolia Trailers

Blue Magnolias Trailers does not offer a return policy on trailers unless the Trailer Manufacturer instructs us to return the trailer due to Warranty. All Warranties are through the Trailer Manufacturer or, in the case of appliances for food trailers, the Appliance Manufacturer. Customers are responsible for filling out their warranty slips for all appliances and trailers in a timely manner. If there is a warranty issue, the buyer is responsible for contacting the manufacturer and Blue Magnolias Trailers to start the claim. Work or repairs cannot be completed prior to the manufacturer or Blue Magnolias Trailers agreeing on the scope and cost of work to be performed in the instance of a warranty claim. The buyer is responsible for bringing the trailer to the manufacturer for warranty service, unless the manufacturer instructs the buyer to bring it to Blue Magnolias Trailers for warranty service. All warranties for trailers are on the trailer manufacturer’s website and in the pickup paperwork at the time the buyer picks up the trailer.
