Our Georgia factory-direct pickup point is at 91 Harvey Vickers Road, Douglas, GA. Our Ohio trailer lot is at 9140 Daugherty Marks Road, Hamersville, OH 45130.

Does “factory direct” mean I buy from a different company?

Are the same trailers physically available at both locations?
A specific trailer has its own location. Seeing a trailer online does not mean that unit is sitting at both our Georgia pickup point and our Ohio lot.

Does a package shown on the website mean that exact trailer is already built and in stock?
A package describes a configuration you can request. Its appearance on the package page does not establish that a completed trailer with those specifications is available for immediate pickup.
For an existing unit, check our available inventory. For a package build, contact us to confirm current availability and the expected schedule.
Can I customize one of your food or coffee trailer packages?
Yes. Packages give you a starting point, with additional customization available to fit your menu, workflow, and brand. Depending on the build, you can discuss trailer size, serving windows, counters, cabinetry, finishes, equipment, and utility needs.

How do I request a specific package?

What happens after I request a custom trailer quote?
We review your request and start a conversation about the features and layout you need. From there, the process moves through consultation, design and planning, construction, quality checks, and pickup or delivery.

Food, Concession & Coffee Trailer Details
What is the difference between a basic concession package and a loaded food trailer package?
Basic concession packages focus on the trailer and core service infrastructure, such as electrical, plumbing, sinks, serving windows, and workspace. Loaded food trailer packages add specified cooking, refrigeration, ventilation, and other equipment.
For example, our 8.5x16 Basic Concession Package lists core utilities and serving features, while our 8.5x16 Loaded Concession Package lists an 8-foot commercial hood with fire suppression, a griddle, a floor fryer, refrigeration, and a propane package.

Do all food trailer packages include cooking equipment, a hood, and fire suppression?
No. These features vary by package. A basic concession setup may provide the infrastructure for your business without including a complete cook line. Some food packages list a commercial exhaust hood, while loaded packages list specific cooking equipment and fire suppression.

Does a coffee trailer package include an espresso machine?
Do not assume an espresso machine is included unless it is specifically listed in your quote. Our coffee packages list coffee-service features such as water and drain connections, pitcher rinses, knock boxes, ice bins, and, on certain configurations, refrigeration.

Can you build a trailer for lemonade, donuts, or another specialty menu?
Yes. Our food and concession offerings include specialty configurations such as lemonade concession trailers and a donut trailer package, along with custom builds.

Do all concession trailers include a generator?
