5 Star rating from Ryan Greaney, Happy customer

Hats off to John, his father, team and the manufacture in GA. I ordered a trailer (8.5×34 with 3x7k axles) in order to move across the country from John, and the price itself beat all the competition along the East Coast. Upon arrival to pick up the trailer, there was a short in one of the wires, from the factory. John and his team, immediately resolved the issue and ensured I could begin my 700 mile trip back home on time. On my trip back, I encountered a massive rainstorm, which brought some manufacture defects to light, as the back half of the trailer was leaking water. John immediately contacted the manufacturer and within hours provided me options to resolve the issue as I was on a tight timeline. Within 5 days of initial trailer pickup, John had a 8.5×36 foot trailer enroute from Georgia to Upstate New York so I was able to pack my house and move out on time. The trailer had 6k axles, which he had swapped for 7k axles and sent a driver south in order to deliver the trailer to me. I can’t thank John enough for the outstanding service and dedication to his customers as he took this personally and ensured I was taken care of. Highly recommend this company to anyone that is in need of a trailer and top notch service. Thanks again John and team, my family and I truly appreciate it!!
